Our mattresses are made in the USA with quality components – the same components used for many home mattresses! Because of the quality of these components, our mattresses are typically much higher in quality than the mattresses most manufacturers install in RVs and Airstreams. Still, we realize you are buying a mattress without the ability to try it first. To that end we offer you a 120 Day Sleep Trial, and up to 130 days to return the mattress. Along with this, we include a 10 year warranty with your mattress.
Studies show that it can take several weeks of sleeping on a new mattress for your body to adjust to it, and it can also take up to a few days for the mattress to fully settle once it has been unwrapped from it's vacuum sealed packaging. However, if after multiple consecutive nights of sleeping on your mattress, you are not satisfied, we will offer you a refund or apply the amount of your original purchase towards another mattress of your choosing. We ask that you keep your mattress packaging in good shape, in case you need to return it. If you need to return or exchange, please contact us within 130 days of delivery of your mattress for specific return instructions and a Return Authorization number. (Mattresses purchased for RV rentals are not eligible for returns.)
